PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

 

SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES

We offer the following shipping options:

 

Standard Shipping (5-10 business days) - FREE on orders over $30

Express Shipping (2-5 business days) - Available at checkout for an additional fee

 

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions.

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive the email.

 

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

 

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at shadowmarketstore@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.

 

ORDER CHANGES

If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only make changes before your order has been shipped.
