How to Request a Return

Email us at support@sipsync.store with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions.

Return Conditions

• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
• Products should be in original packaging when possible
• Items must be unused or gently used
• Bundle items must be returned as a complete set

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Exchanges

We exchange items for a different color or variant at no extra cost. Contact us and we'll arrange the swap.

Damaged or Defective Items

Received a damaged or defective product? Contact us immediately with photos and we'll send a free replacement — no return required.
